Bunny Gurus LLC (“Bunny Gurus,” “we,” “us”) is committed to delivering safe, respectful, and high-quality educational and experiential wellness programs involving animals. To protect the privacy of participants (especially minors), the welfare of our animals, the integrity of our programs, and our intellectual property, we maintain the following Social Media & Content Usage Policy.

This policy governs how photos, videos, audio, and other media from Bunny Gurus events, programs, and services may be captured, used, and shared.

By booking, attending, or participating in any Bunny Gurus program or event, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use and event agreements and is enforced consistently.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Bunny Gurus®, its name, branding, programs, formats, materials, methods, content, and imagery are the intellectual property of Bunny Gurus LLC and are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Registered and unregistered trademarks

• Event formats, program structures, and training methods

• Photos, videos, audio recordings, logos, written materials, and digital content

All rights are reserved. No use of Bunny Gurus’ brand, likeness, programs, animals, staff, or materials is permitted except as expressly allowed by this policy or with prior written authorization.

2. Photo, Video, and Media Sharing

a. Private Use

Photos or videos captured at Bunny Gurus events may be used for private, non-public purposes only, such as personal photo albums or private messages, without approval.

b. Public Use (Social Media, Blogs, Online Publishing)

Any public posting, publishing, or distribution of event-related media—including on social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, or video platforms—requires prior written approval from Bunny Gurus.

If approval is granted, all of the following conditions apply:

• Proper attribution to Bunny Gurus must be included (e.g., tag, mention, or credit)

• Bunny Gurus’ brand, programs, and services may not be altered, misrepresented, or taken out of context

• Bunny Gurus reserves the right to request edits or removal of content at any time

3. Prohibited Promotional and Commercial Use

Without written approval, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using Bunny Gurus content, branding, animals, or events to promote or monetize third-party businesses, platforms, or services

• Creating influencer, sponsored, or commercial content using Bunny Gurus programs

• Republishing or embedding Bunny Gurus events to build audience reach, content libraries, or monetized media channels

• Using Bunny Gurus content to market unrelated services or products

4. Influencers, Bloggers, and Media Professionals

Influencers, bloggers, journalists, or brand representatives must:

• Disclose media intentions before booking or attending an event

• Receive written approval from Bunny Gurus

• Sign a media or content agreement, if required

• Obtain approval prior to publishing any content

Bunny Gurus reserves the right to decline participation in media or influencer activities that do not align with our mission, values, safety standards, or legal responsibilities.

5. Program Integrity & On-Site Conduct

Bunny Gurus programs are carefully designed for safety, animal welfare, participant comfort, and overall experience quality. Programs may not be altered, interrupted, staged, or modified for the purpose of content creation without prior written approval.

Any attempt to pressure staff to adjust programs for social media, filming, or influencer purposes may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. No Exchange of Services for Exposure

Bunny Gurus does not accept social media exposure, promotion, or influencer reach in exchange for free, discounted, or altered services unless expressly agreed upon in writing through a formal partnership.

Clients and guests may not:

• Offer exposure in lieu of payment

• Use platform size or public status to influence service terms

• Attempt to renegotiate services based on promotional value

7. Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

Unauthorized use of Bunny Gurus content or brand assets may result in:

• Takedown requests or platform-level enforcement

• Revocation of access to current or future programs

• Legal action for intellectual property infringement or misrepresentation

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Informing guests and attendees of this policy

• Ensuring no unauthorized public content is shared

• Coordinating media requests with Bunny Gurus in advance

9. Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Bunny Gurus maintains a zero-tolerance policy for intimidation, coercion, harassment, or misuse of public platform influence directed at our staff, partners, or organization.

We reserve the right to terminate services and pursue appropriate remedies where conduct compromises safety, ethics, or contractual boundaries.
